As soon as you enter the Trinity, through a wide entry hall, the first choice is presented. Turn one way for the study, which provides a quiet atmosphere for reading and work, or turn the other and you’ll find a living area that will cater to those more formal occasions – or embrace the space as a home theatre. Further down the hall the options present themselves again – you can either head through the doorway to the magnificent open plan living areas or retreat upstairs. The living area sets the tone for splendid times with family and friends.

At the core, a slick kitchen featuring ultra-modern stainless steel appliances and an engaging island kitchen bench make the Trinity inviting. There’s also a large butler’s pantry with plenty of room for the additions of the aspiring chef and it handily has two entry points giving easy access for groceries. Top of the game

When you choose to head upstairs, at the top, the next decision is simple – head in one direction for the master retreat or turn the other way to find the kids’ haven. Three large secondary bedrooms – all with built-in robes – share a leisure area and a full bathroom, with separate toilet fostering a harmonious family home. Slip away to the spacious master suite and enjoy a large dressing room and lavish ensuite with a double vanity and large shower.
