New Display Home Open!
On Saturday the 28th of July, the team from Stroud Homes Brisbane North opened the doors to their Wildflower Display Home at the grand opening of the North Harbour Display Village.
Display home openings are always a fun day for the team, we really enjoy sharing our display homes with the community and showing what we offer as a local family builder.
Display Day
Keeping busy on the day, the Stroud Homes Brisbane North team presented the home to around 2,500 people. The happy carnival atmosphere on the day was boosted by a petting zoo in the front yard and a cloud of green Stroud Homes balloons and gift bags to give away.
Wows! For the Wildflower
Sitting proud on a corner block in the new display village, the Wildflower 240 Display Home suits the region and people of North Harbour perfectly.
We always have the customer in mind when selecting a design for display, this design really suits what our clients are wanting to see at the moment.
With great functionality, use of space and features perfect for South East Queensland living, the home received many “Wows!” on the day.
The room that received the most praise was the master suite with its relaxed, resort feel. The other stand out features popular with families was the open plan living, built in barbeque option and child’s retreat area.

The fantastic advantage to walking through a display home before you choose a builder is that the client has the opportunity to view the builder’s work.
The Brisbane North team like to take potential clients on a tour of the house to point out the standard inclusions and few upgrades they’ve chosen. Our clients can see the build quality for themselves and also the value in what we offer in our black and white quotes.
The home is also beautifully staged so that the client can get a clear understanding of what living in a Stroud Home is all about and can fully envision themselves and their family living in the space.
With around 2,500 visitors on the day and many return visits to take another walk through the display home, the opening could not have been better for the Brisbane North team!
